I'll tell him to change it or ban it if he decides not to change it if I come across him ingame.

If there are other admins online while he is ingame you can contact them about his spray privately (or other rulebreakers for that matter) like this:

As Paw mentioned, it is best to request an admin via @ in the team chat (If an admin is on the server) or via !calladmin, when you see a bad spray.
Admins cannot do anything when the player in question is not logged on the server

Regarding the sprays, the player will have as a sanction a spray ban if he does not change it when the admin asks him
But it seems to me that I had already warned this player for this same kind of spray before, thank you for the report !
