In my opinion, he's evading his permanent gag by @K4marad, which is not allowed.

Not sure what you classify as evading permanent gag, as far as I can see that player hasn't said anything in the chat since September 16 (not including "nominate").
And stripe still has it's ban active.

Due lack of valid proof, I will have to reject this request.

He used to say awful things to everyone until he got permanently gagged, but now he's using my name in a different way to avoid the gag. However, I still respect your decision regardless.

So Kitsu wasn't aware of the whole changing nickname to avoid gags thing. Stripe has been given a little break from the servers.

I did it because I was frustrated with nades and more, but anyway, I'll be playing in the morning and evening instead. I just hope I won't repeat the same mistake this time..
