First of all,I will start by saying that you don't need to make 2 separate reports for the same demo,1 ban request should be enough if you mention both of them.

Secondly,I would not issue a ban on any of them in this case,they were standing and looking at each other for like 2-3 seconds before both of them became infected.

While the urge to team is seen,a warning should be enough in this case,no need for any of these players to be banned.
