Banned for 2 hours, thanks. He has been permed on another account but seems to have bought a new one which has 2 previous bans, this is allowed by Niko and the current rules.

I still find it funny how people get perm banned for keep breaking the rules and yet again they do the same with new accounts, seems like its impossible to learn
