Hello TheDude, sadly I cannot add the gag because spamming isn't one of the gaggable offences.
Here's the (non) gaggable offences.

Gaggable offences:

1. Heavily Insulting/Swearing
2. Racism
3. Advertising (for other servers/communities)

Non-Gaggable offences:

1. Light insulting (noob, nap, lolly)
2. Light spamming (222222, omg, lucker)
3. Stealing names
4. Stealing clantags
5. Temporarily blocking a person (depends on the situation)
6. Temporarily blocking the main elevator (4way only)
7. Light porn spray logos (must not show genitals!)

I understand, weird how it's not against the rules because the player was flooding the chat and was hard to communicate with other players.
