Thanks for the report but unfortunately I think this isn't worth a gag. At least from what I can see in your screenshots he only made one general insult targetted to no specific player or sub-group but more to like everyone in there. Of course he shouldn't say such things but as long as he doesn't start attacking someone in special or keep insulting everyone, I would consider it a minor insult which shouldn't lead to an instant gag.
