if i woud be again 20 but okey when my body will not be destroyed from all the jobs and some strenght left with healthy tendons than i can do it regular. to get yourself far inaf form the bar and get the wright curv doing explosive pull up is hard one. I alos my grip stays on bar in one place, but this guys hands kinda slips fowards , my grip do not allow me , it is intresting how thay make thay hands, a grip make a slighlty slip foward.
i have sensitive brachioradialis for my left arm and i know that fucking elbow tendons is conect to this shit and this video is beutifule material to watch. i only comon, whom adult woud have a 3-4 weeks time to give full recover for a tendon comon.. maeby if you are a kid or rich.. maeby.... idk i have forgot when lest time my left arm fist when i squaz , arm woud feel normal healhy.
this fucking tendons is a fucking nightmare after age 30 Intresting fact, if you grow musscle big your tendons is not build to endurance all the forces so by this reason pro athletes geting 70% injures relative to any fucking tendon, tendonites any tendo fucking inliment.....
oh you can have 5 difrent stage of fucked up tendon. from the feeling i have stage 2 For this metter i shoud hold pushup for 30 secundes , give a rest for 2minutes than repeat same thing 3 or 4 times, take 6 hours interval bitween session and repeat this again. Tendon heals and gets better. If you do just pass the time to wait tendon stops hurts and even knowing 3 weeks is a time to fully heal a tendon, doing nothing woud not fix your tendon, it woud be better tendon but lol you have to put it under controled stress. you need total 10 minuts controled volume in evey single day wiht all the breaks. aaaaa this fking thing......
for any dude who have ever tendonitis , one of reasons -it can be combine things with fucked up way to match overworked musscles or musscles groups or tendons or all in one as i have. inflammation in musscles + tendonds is way serious than just and elbow tenis injury. for me i have no doctors in my city for this and i have to gather informacion and try things out on my own. i have good basic knowlege how body works and always find this intresting. from tomorow i will give a try to this exersises cuz i feel i have doing wrong so far . my whole forearm is just a total wreck after pushing my limits with simple jobs. hope some of this videos helps someone too. i do want understand how healthy is my both arms tendons cuz i put insane ammount of stress/work load trought whole year my body. For my healthy arm i have pretty nice tendon pushing out from outside elbow, showing good growth with years and it was same in my injured hand, so i am bit skeptical i have tenins elbow but just owerwoked musscles and some other arm tendons what have been latly under to match stress/work . i want understand is it more inflammation from overworking or it have an accualy micro injurys from the past combine wiht my latly country side jobs at home so musscle groups combine with tendons gave out and if i do not start train it in time , in years folowing it can lead to tendon tear what is serious injury. my goal is to understand maximal i can to avoid this in future and push my body to limits healthy as maximal you can do in adults life, even sometimes it just not possibile.
