How to get a weapon of the other team?

I need help about something, maybe someone has the solution

My favourite weapon is AK, but you can only grab it if you start the round as Tero (i'm feeling like i'm starting CT 90% of the time )

I know there's a way to grab the weapon of T as CTs (and vice versa), I've seen CTs holding an AK at the first round

If someone know, I would very appreciate the answer

There you can set everything which weapons you have, but you have to have bought them beforehand as T or CT.
