i was so so lazy but i force myself to do some workout in late sunday . i go for 90 kg body weight (bulking) from 72 and now i am at 83kg by now with hight 1.87 m and it is not bad , litll belly and i keep it. lovly staf. My back , uper body loves chest-expander ( good shit to do if have old musscle injurys like a fucking rehab for body) I have left last 20 mins for back strech and this song is just in time .
