New hunting map zm_ghost_ship_beta

I have created a creepy hunting map for all who love to hunt.

This Map has a one-way principle, so humans can defend and hunt zombies really easily.

I hope I reach also campers and noobs to like hunting.

Did you do it on purpose that players that jump down the railing are caught in a cage? IS there any way out?

If not this need an edit. I cant load this map, half the server would leave if they are caught there constantly. Everybody (including regular players) would jump down in order to test it...
 
Here is my next feedback:

1. Jumping down railway shouldnt end in being trapped
2. elevators bugs players. players also jump on each other heads to teamkill. Maybe make a ladder instead of elevators?
3. some spots look unbalanced:

the prisons open after 12 sec, only 1 door has an optical error, the door is open but it seems closed.

I cant load this map
delete the map in your cstrike/map or cstrike/download/map folder, that could be a solution. idk

Okey , i will add a jail- teleporter, when a players jump on the head of one other.
The elevator is a important part of the gameplay, it should create thrill, only a limited group can go up and hunt the zombies.

i think i found the issue , the trigger doesnt reset when the player doesnt go out. i will add a button

i fix the bugs but i cant prevent that players can jump on the head of one other, in the elevator.
add moon ,weapons....
maybe next i will add some spezial stuff like weapons to push zombies away or a weapons to create a plasma wall to block zombies

here the Version with the Zombie blaster (impressive effects);)
and i found a solution that player cant jump on the heads of other players inside the elevator.

I got such a hard blackscreen, couldnt even ctrl alt delete so i had to restart my computer. Thank you very much Das Huhn! xD
 
a player told me that he got a "to many indices" message. means: buffer overflow
I found a reason in a forum ,perhaps too many decals (environment pictures) were the cause.
I read when the Server has a lot of players to show the same decals the server get overtaxed.
The players get a wrong answer from the Server and their game crash.
but the Server overall and all players who dont see the decals do not crash.

I hope it helps if I decrease the number of decals.
 
If u use decals, are u using the "Apply Decals" tool also "Shift-D" if yes try to use "Apply Overlay" tool also "Shift-O" its way better and you can fade them after XX meters, same system like props if u optimize

yeah, all my deacals are "Apply Decals" ,that is a good idea to change them to "Overlays" with fade out ....a lot of work awaits me :D
 
i have decreased the decals and added more area portals.
