Hey! This is the SEACOND time i have had problems with this guy

Well yeah, i have had problems with this guy. and i want you to look at the chat logg and see for your self, he has no respect for other players and he does not care if he talks to an admin with bad language, I do NOT tolerate his behaviour, so take a look at what he has been doing through the chat.

i want to hear from other admins first if its the right thing to do. maybe just give him a month gag or if it should be permanent.

Well I think you should give him a few weeks, or maybe a month or so first. Make it a longer gag if he continues the same way.

I'd give him a 1 week gag, if he continues afterwards then 1 month as a last chance before perm.

i will go and extend the gagg for 3 weeks i think, if that is okay. since i have given him warnings. all he says is something like "fuk yu admun"
