You can record a demo by going into your CONSOLE and type "record DEMONAME". Then type "status" in your console so that we can see that the person breaking the rule is the person in the video. When your done recording, type "stop" in the CONSOLE. Then to get the file, try search "cstrike" in your computer and inside that folder, your demo should lie there as a demoname.dem file. Don't forge to upload the right file aswell 
If you want to see your own recorded demos, you can write "demoui" in your CONSOLE to watch your own Demos. But you need to remember to have the demo file inside the "cstrike" folder in order to play it
