Remove lila_panic_v2

Hey,
I play often on eh v4.
There is a shit map which gets often nominated by hardcore campers like Anonymous.
Hunting on this mal is hard, cuz there are two houses, in the second there are 2 double holes with only one entrance.
Best Place for Campers, and at upside another hole.

If ur not camping in this holes, cuz ur trying to hunt, is surviving hard.
And the Campers are heavy farming other blocking zombies.


EH is a Hunting Server, or?

Hmm, i think we need more admins for the V4 servers, because we'll get problems like this.

Dominik, i'll think you'll better wait for an admin to reply, i can't really help you with this one.

PS: Although i really don't see a big problem with removing Lila_Panic_V2, But yeah i can't make the choice.

Im at V4 alot :> and yeah that panic Map is kinda bad.
