Well, at the moment, the sk rules only pop up on the left side of the screen a few seconds after you have joined the game and no one pays attention to it, they will just close the box. There is no other way of getting the box back up, by typing !rules or !motd. You have to rejoin, which sucks 
. It would be helpful for me, and the players to be able to type "!rules" and have it pop up in a menu or something.
Something like,
Rules:
Speak English or German only.
Be nice with other players, no swearing or insulting.
Ct base has a duel area, do not interrupt duels.
Do not attack in the Ct base unless you are in a duel.
Do not spam duck, play fair.
Spawnkilling is not allowed.
Obey admins.
