We can check the chat logs for all users but we cannot check everything(we can't check the video unless you record a demo.

Why don't you guys get a SourceTV then? It would allow the server to record a full gameplay, easy way to check everything. Most servers use that exactly after someone reports. They just give an hour and you can check everything!

I've made that already for V1. A 10 seconds demo has more than 1GB file size. They are HUUUUUGE after some minutes.

I've used sourcetv to record demos before for an old event we had. The main problem is like NoMatt3r said is the amount of space that they take up after x amount of days. I had to stop the plugin or else we would have run out of space.

It also wont work on 64 slot servers as it needs a slot to its self to record.

Well true, data has to be pruned very often, basically daily.
