fish obviously has plenty of time on his own. He blocks people, but then complain about people going to trees. You can easily cut them if you're not a NOOB.
By the way, the map allows people to get on trees, so i ask the servers admins to simply remove the tree if it's a trouble matter.

The admins should fix the lag as a priority.
