Trying to play css with tv screen via computer

Hey, can someone help me out, im trying to play css via my computer to my tv screen with a hdmi cable, when i start css it comes up a small screen with the starting intro, but after that css closes itself, any idea why?

Try changing your resolution so that it works for css? On both the computer and the tv.

Maybe it helps if u tell us ur specs? Are you playing css on fullscreen or windowed mode?

Maybe it's just a problem on the computer? What kind of error do you get?

Hey, well i can't even get into my css, i see the intro then it quit itself, i typed -fullscreen into the launcer options, maybe to bad graphic card?

its your tv and not your pc/laptop
btw if you play with laptop on tv then you must setting your laptop to tv/projector or some other setting (change laptop to laptop)
btw its great to play on a bigger tv ^^
on zombie maps then i can hunt great and do alot of headshots

Nice man ! yeah im playing thru a standard computer with hdmi cable, but cant get it to work haha

Yeah its epic.
But i have also bought a keyboard. So i actually just connect my screen to my computer, and connect mouse and keyboard, close the laptop down, place it behind the screen

= PROFIT
It feels like using a normal pc
