You have been banned because of an Inappropriate Spraylogo. A permanent ban seems to be really strict.

Please wait for Infinity to reply. He is the admin who has banned you and he can tell us more about the incident.
 
You had a Nazi Spray with the swastika symbol on it and some other racism text, therefore the Perm ban.
I let a SPA/HA decied if they reduce the ban length or not.

Personally i have no toleration regarding nazi sprays. I would have perm banned as well.
 
ill think he deserves another chanse/ perm ban bit harsch: for nazi spray: keep in mind dont ever try it again.!!
i (banned people) who called them selfs ANDERS BREIVIK(and put an note on source bans he is welcome when he changes his name) and also give those people another chanse to come to THE BEST ZM community and
im not realy fan of perm bann people for these things: i will hope you can learn from your mistakes
and follow the rules, and be an exsample of an respectable player in game/or in real life; so i would say perm is to harsh
if he hasnt any furter previous bans/?! so think guys before perm bann for this, maybe 1day1week would also learn him from
doing this ever again. ( again if it stays permanent ) i would respect that to( but not an fan of perm bans)

I had to laugh, when he made an ban request for himself rofl :) but i think 1 month is enough, if we see that again, then perm ban, but we can't make any decision about this! the admin who banned him has to decide, or an SP or HA.
 
The decision of the ban duration is on Infinity. Others just give their input.

Infinity the decision is up to you.

No. The admin in question has to decide what kind of a ban he thinks is a appropriate in the case of racism,pornography. Other cases HA,SPA can overrule ofcourse. But in the case of Sprays,racism language its up to the admin that banned. Said by Marbengie himself.
 
First of all, Infinity gave the decision in the hands of a SPA or HA, secondly, any SPA or HA can overrule an admin if he thinks a ban isnt justified or has a reason to longer/shorten a ban. Of course he needs to clarifiy that reason, and make sure there are no misunderstandings between admin, bannedguy and SPA/HA, etc etc..
