When I saw the jumping with showkeys, I can't say that it all looks legit. When a normal person jumps, you can always see whenever he use space jumping or MW jumping. But with scripts, you can't. It's because when the jump is going down to the millisecond, it doesn't get registered with showkeys.

Here's an example where a scripter use jumping that's going down to the millisecond. Try compare his jumping to what cunda had in the demo. You'll see that there's not much difference. Cunda used a script that let him control his cursor movements by himself but check the jumping in the demo and you'll notice that they both have very similar "jump" actions when you take a look at the "showkeys" in both of them.

I'd would recomend that the ban stays because of that.
