I try entering the server to play yesterday, and it said I was banned. I checked the bans.elite-hunterz.info website to see why, and I couldn't find my username. I eventually found it, and see that it wasn't even my ingame username that was banned, but some "crown"King_UnDead"crown" ingame username, with no IP address listed.

Obviously, I've been banned previously, but this wasn't me. I've never used the ingame username that was listed, and my IP address wasn't listed. You can see that in any other previous infraction, my IP address has been listed.

I believe someone has used my Steam ID and got me banned.

Well they only could have used your steam id if they got your account credentials and in general rules say that you are responsible for your account. But I am not responsible for this ticket so @Schobi or head-admins will give some more information soon.

Actually you are right, i had two sides of HLstatsX opened (for webbans i usually copy the name and steam_id) and somehow mixed the steam ID's. I changed it now in Sourcebans. Sorry for this mistake, i had much worries this weekend (our cat got put to sleep).

No worries, the ban won't be in your ban history. It is in the history of the player with the Name "♛ King _UnDead ♛" (Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:10077933). I also changed the time to 1 hours (already expired), as it was his first ban for team killing.
