@Havoc It seems important to me, atleast. Player concerned has been given instruction in the previous unban (ungag) request to make a proper application but he/she seems to not know English language well as we can see from the comms/gags records, or he/she is too lazy to use a translator and put some effort into application, so I'll just handle it here.

I will reduce your gag to 3 months - that's the best I can do as 18 gags (most of them Eng/Ger only) you have on the record should remain permanent, but I'll give you one more chance. Next time you will be gagged permanent if catched by me. And I will leave a note for the other admins as well.
