Ban reason: Clan Impersonation and Inappropriate Language.

Unban reason: i do not agree with the claim of clan impersonalization because even though the clan tag next to my name had some resemblance with the already existing community(?) called "Wasted Bros", i had absolutely no intentions of faking them and misleading other people that i was a member of that particular community. The sole reason why i had that tag is because it very successfully yet succinctly describes the 2 things i like the most: getting wasted and feeling a sense of brotherhood, feeling like im a part of a commonwealth of people united by some idea.
So yea, i didn't pretend to be someone im not at all and also ive got to make a little remark that there're can't be clans in zombie survival mode, because what good is a clan that doesn't play clan wars? can you imagine a clan war in this gamemode? i sure can't. so i couldn't fake something that doesn't even exist.
anyways, if it rubs you the wrong way so much, i can remove the tag, but be aware that you will look like a bloody dictator that is oppressing the innocent in this case.

about inappropriate language, yea, i guess i made a comment where i questioned the sexual orientation of the guy who threw a nade at a group of zombies and after that nade exploded a few zombies got thrown right behind my back, so i got instantly infected. it's not against your server's rules to be a mindless asshole, so some people abuse it and others have to react on it somehow, don't you think? anyways, since, as i said i just made a single comment towards that guy, a simple mute would be enough if you're "oh, so law-abiding". instead, you're punishing me like if i slit that guy's troat right in front of his parents eyes. what's the matter with that?

Nade's is a part of the game, and sometimes you can be unlucky that a zombie will fly over to you, but that's the game.

Swearing/Insulting is not allowed ingame and your chat is definitely not okay.

well, only god can judge me. if nades are a part of the game then following your logic swearings are a part of life. i don't think someone should/would offend for real on something that been told over the internet.
anyways, you forgot to mention that i also questioned mental condition of players. it's an important notice seeing how you for some reason love to take apart and disassemble sentences into little pieces to underline and bold their individual meaning.

I'm not sure what you mean, but we admins have to keep the server as player-friendly as possible and we can't see everything that happens, but if someone break the server-rules can you tell an admin ingame and the admin will look at it.
If no admin is ingame, can you make a demo of the player, and post it here on the forum.

We have a serious policy on racism ingame, so pleas keep the racism out of the server.

i'm not sure what you meant when you said that you weren't sure what i meant as well as im not sure why you decided to share with a me a huge piece of pretty basic and standard info, but indeed let's wait for the guy that banned me. i know that in your europe racism is the most popular and fashionable windmill to fight against these days and that's fine. everything has it's own time and place. i mean back in the days you fought against heresy, who knows what's the future prepared next?

I dont make the rules and there is no reason to discuss them, racism and heavy insults is not allowed on the servers.

At all it's up to the admin who banned you and or HA/SPA to decide your ban-length so i will stand out of this thread now.

I am the admin who has banned you due to a complaint and a fellow admin telling me that there was: "Another clan impersonator". You're not the first person to do this. There are members of the clan who play on the servers and it would be quite impossible that you "came up" with the exact same tag that we use.
First, if you had indeed "thought this up", then your clan's community/steam name wouldn't be "doesn't mater" (not spelled precisely).
Regarding the clan tag, I can look through your fingers (as my people would say) and disregard it up to a level.
The insulting and racism is however intolerable. Niko has already banned you once for racism, and we consider racism a very huge offense which can result in a ban ranging from 1 month up to a permanent ban. Think about what I've said.

I am willing to unban you under one condition.
The condition is that you must be honest regarding the clan tag and that you must not insult anymore.
But, if I catch you insulting, your ban will instantly be prolonged to 1 month.

*1* He will be unbanned by myself right now due to his accepting of the terms.
*2* Sub Terrania has agreed not to insult anymore and will be unbanned.
The terms/agreement will be invalid and declined if the player breaks the term regarded in note 2 and will be punished accordingly as agreed by a 1 month long ban.

I am glad we've come to this agreement and I hope that you won't break anymore rules, as I would rather not ban you from the server for such a long time.

nah, this is ridiculous. this Clown guy that happened to be an admin here just got extremely butthurt after i told him that having that english/german only rule is over the top nazi, because this way you put one nation over all the rest of the nations. after that he kicked me when i was alive and playing as human, and i after i reconnected he told me to keep my mouth shut. ha, what a joke, that guy has his nickname for a reason. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

anyways, i don't agree that i broke the agreement. yea, there're lots of curses, so what? there wasn't an agreement that i lose my freedom of speech and should remain silent at all times. or it's a mandatory for everyone who join the servers? no wonder the chat is always so dead and silent.
the only time i was kinda close to breaking it is at this line:

which i said to a guy who got stuck in me and had been verbally assaulting me for a continous period of time. but since i was provoked and the insult (if you even call it an insult) i used was pretty mild i don't agree that i broke the agreement.

and i've got a little remark to make: Wolfy i'm pretty sure you're from some flashy western european country like norway, germany, belgium even swiss maybe, where you guys get insane salaries and enjoy the time of your lives, do you really enjoy wasting your time for digging through the servers logs, copying all messages of some specific person and as an ultimate reward finding the line where some easter european guy says how he likes picking in his asshole? c'mon, you're better than this, you deserve more.

and AlawY, for what information exactly i got banned? even though wolfy has wasted a good big chunk of time of his life making that list, it doesn't show that i broke the agreement, i commented on that above, and about the conversation with clown i also made a comment.

i realize that i might not get unbanned, but let's just be fair about something here and admit that i got banned not because i broke the agreement (because i didn't) but because Clown couldn't take rightfully being called a nazi. It would be just the right thing to do that will let us still be friends despite the disgrace that took place here.

Our agreement stated that you must not insult, ever. Overlooking your constant usage of bad words and swearing, we'll focus on the insults as per agreed. An insult is if a curse/swear word is directed toward 1 person or even overall. Let me give you just a few examples. (Let us not mention the tag you were using while you were banned: "ISIS").

I believe that these last 2, which are in your native language quite clearly gave us with sufficient data to terminate the agreement as you had violated the laws of it. I gave you a chance, removed your 2 week ban and you still kept up with your horrific chatlog and insulting. I am sorry, but as AlawY stated, the ban stays. I call for a Special Admin to lock this thread.

Once Again, when you join the server, you agree to the rules. Rule number 1 is "Speak English or German".
So i decided to kick you when you told me not to be nazi.

About what you say to Wolfram, he was just helping me after i showed him your chat-log.

You are banned for racism, swear/insulting, and inappropriate language.

Btw you can say what you want about my nickname, it doesn't change anything

The only reason we didn't lock the thread earlier is because we wanted to give a chance to express yourself further, and now you have. Seems like you don't get that insulting & swearing is not allowed, not to mention racism which is strictly forbidden.

Regarding the allowed languages, English/German. It's not debatable. This is how the rules are set and they were not made by me. The server is hosted in Germany and so is the majority of our players and admins. English is the number one language spoken in the world and must be allowed. In-game is not the correct place to discuss the server rules. We have a forum with proper sections for that.

Now your ban length. The only reason admin Bewasted unbanned you because he felt you deserved a second chance. You agreed to the terms which included no more insults/racism, but broke pretty much right away.
