As I already told you I wont unban as it is your 7th ban and you already promised to improve your behaviour before - not only to me but also to other admins. But I am willing to reduce your ban to half ot it's length among quoted conditions (you won't break rules, block, teamkill, bug abuse etc. anymore). But know that I wont reduce your next ban if you forgot about your given promise.
