I can already now say that you will not be ungagged.

What you did was wrong, not just on the edge, but you were being racist towards a player. We have no toleration in that matter, we give harsh gags for it as all players are and should feel welcome on our server.

If this was your first gag, and if it was a minor offense i would have ungagged you, but this was your 8th gag and it wasn't just a minor offense.
