So, I paid the premium (10euro Complete paket), but when I recently asked another player, whether I have Agent Smith Model or not, they tell me no ''I don't, I just have Regular Skin.

you should type !zclass ingame to change your skins if your premium was activated already

Apologies, i just checked and it seems like we forgot to grant you the skin last month when you donated.

Unless i'm making a mistake myself (usually it's nomatter that handles this but he's currently away), consider your model added and your package extended till the 27th October (1 extra month).

You can access the skins using the command i named above.
