Whats going on with the admins at the last days?!

Hey whats going on with the admins in the last days (EH zombie hunter v4 server) they are only teleporting people really unnecessary around the map or slap them or what i see for 10mins make them self to cool 'beaconme';D while at least 5 people the chat with insults (motherfucker bastard etc etc) fullspam. If they see someone block they do nothing (unless it relates them)?!

I had think admins are for good running on the server? For what have so people admin rights?

But i can also refer really good dedicated admins how alawy. (but not online at the time)
