server just vent from sv_pure -1 to 0 / 1 / 2

sv_pure -1 is for custom weapon skins that players use, when do we expect this back on?

after testing?

-1 - Do not apply any rules or restrict which files the client may load.
Current sv_pure value is -1.

using server.cfg wont work, use autoexec.cfg or command line. autoexec is best.
