Report Reason Heavily Insulting/Swearing (in-game screenshot required)

Additional Information
The player Pingu Noot No0t used the offensive in-game nickname:

"yely crybaby"
This appears to be direct harassment targeted at me (YELYOTUN) based on prior interactions. He also wrote in chat:
"he's a cry baby"

I politely asked for admin help during the round. As you can see from the screenshots, I reached out in admin chat:

“yes he told admin could warn the player”
“do i need to deal with this?”

Unfortunately, no action was taken. No warning or name change was issued. This lack of enforcement made me feel unsupported and targeted — especially when the name-calling was left unchecked after I had properly reported it.

I understand that admins are sometimes busy, but I feel this was a simple case of offensive targeting that could have easily been handled with a warning or forced name change. Not addressing it sends the wrong message to other players.

What I’m Requesting:

A warning or short gag/ban for Pingu Noot No0t for toxic behavior and disrespect

Admins to please review internal handling of reports like this in-game when players are asking respectfully for help

I’m not trying to escalate, just want to ensure the server stays respectful and fun for everyone.

Thank you.

Additional Note:
During this incident, I used admin chat multiple times to request help. Despite my repeated messages, I was ignored for several minutes, even though multiple admins were online at the time. Only after persistent attempts did I finally receive a brief response from admin Slowian, but still no action was taken — no warning, no forced name change, and no support.
This made me feel overlooked and left without help in the situation.

I'm gonna be real with you man. Sometimes I really wonder where people like you come from.

First thing, same as in your previous request - there's no "Heavily Insulting/Swearing" in here. You can't come here saying that someone called you a crybaby and expect us to punish someone instantly. Might aswell punish people for calling others from a noob.
Second thing, his nickname - your own nickname isn't even fully written in there, I didn't even notice it until you made a request.
Last thing - I checked chat logs, both from you and from him and mate let me tell you something. If you start calling someone from a noob, if you start saying that someone "cries" then he will most likely start doing the same to you, might go even further like in this case.

You created a problem and now you're trying to play a saint.

I'm not gonna gag/ban him for anything, if he'll continue to use that nickname I can give him a warning.

And to you, don't start discussions with players, don't call them from noobs or what nots if you can't take it by yourself.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I’m not here to start arguments, but I want to clarify a few important points because this situation is being dismissed too easily.

First:
Nothing justifies a player using someone else’s name in a mocking way — especially in a public nickname. Whether the insult is “minor” or not, this isn’t just calling someone a noob — it’s persistent, targeted name use across multiple rounds meant to provoke. That crosses a line, and it's why I reached out in admin chat in the first place.

Second:
Even if my own name wasn't fully written, it was clearly recognizable and intended to target me — and I’m the one who felt affected by it. You wouldn't need to recognize it if I hadn’t spoken up, and that shouldn't make it acceptable. If anything, the moment I reported it, a name change request could’ve solved the issue in seconds. That would have prevented all of this.

Third:
The fact that I had to write multiple admin chat messages, and no one responded for minutes despite several admins being online, really does make it feel like no one cared. When one message finally came from you, nothing was done. No warning. No follow-up. Just silence. If you're telling players to avoid reacting and report things through the right channels, but then those channels lead to nothing, what message does that send?

Again, I’m not asking for a permanent ban or overreaction — just a fair acknowledgment that this should have been handled better. A simple request for the player to change the nickname when I first raised the issue would have been enough. The fact that it wasn’t handled at all is what’s most frustrating.

So I’d like to know what happens now.
Will the player be told to change his name? If so, when and by whom? Or does it stay like this unless someone starts breaking more serious rules?

I'd say that, if you start discussing with someone, by calling him a noob or by saying that he "cries" for something, then it's only fair that he does something against you, isn't it? Whether it's a name change or an insult in the chat, I said that already in my first answer but you don't seem to acknowledge that.

And I already told you what happens now.

With respect, you're still not actually answering the question I asked.

You're focusing on who started what — but I'm not debating who said what first anymore. What I asked was very clear:
What will be done about the name?
Will he be told to change it?
Who will do that, and when?

You said earlier that “if he continues to use that nickname I can give him a warning.” But that’s not clarity — that’s “maybe.”

So again, is someone going to talk to him or not? Or does this just get left alone entirely?
Also, I asked about what I should do next time if I’m in a similar situation — when I report via admin chat, and no one responds or acts. Should I just sit there and wait? Should I stop reporting and accept it?

I’m genuinely trying to understand how things are handled here — and I’m hoping for a direct, helpful answer. Not who started it. Not “it’s fair.” Just what the admin action and policy actually is.

Thanks.

Admin Slowian - like admin K4marad before him - took his time to explain you our rules.

Wether you dont want to or cant undrrstand it doesnt matter.

>> We do not punish for light indulting. <<<

It's an 18+ game. You should stop provoking/fighting others and get a thicker skin in online gaming if domebody tries to provoke you.

Please refrain from opening further requests about minor insulting. Thank you in advance.

I’m not arguing over whether “light insulting” deserves a gag or ban. I fully understand now that your rule is:
“We do not punish for light insulting.”

However, my report was not just about a chat message. It was also about the use of a mocking in-game nickname directed at me — something more deliberate, more visible, and persistent across rounds. That goes beyond a one-line insult in chat.

If someone had used a nickname like “K4crybaby” or “SlowianWhiner”, I doubt it would be dismissed as “light.” It’s the use of another player’s name in a mocking context that made it personal, and when I reported it respectfully via admin chat, nothing was done.

I also asked a very clear and valid question that still hasn’t been answered:
If this happens again, what should I do?
Do I wait silently until someone logs on?
Do I stop reporting entirely?

Telling players to “grow thicker skin” doesn’t resolve the underlying issue: when someone does try to use the proper reporting methods, they are ignored, and then told not to bother. That sends a message that you don’t want engagement — you want silence.
You’ve made your policy clear now, and I respect that, even if I disagree with how this case was handled. I won't open another report about this, but I hope you consider that mocking names targeting specific players shouldn’t be brushed off as harmless. At the very least, players should feel heard when they report things calmly and through the proper channels.

I noticed the thread was marked as "handled," but it genuinely doesn’t feel like anything was resolved. It’s disappointing.

If this happens again, what should I do?
Chill. Dont show a signal of being pushed. That's what the other guy might be looking for. Ignore him and he'll get bored soon enough.
Do I wait silently until someone logs on?
Yes. But dont expect the player to be punished, The very best outcome you can get in this kind of situation is an admin asking the player to change his nickname.
Do I stop reporting entirely?
Up to you. But remember: We wont punish for minor stuff like "crybaby". But all reports that help to keep the server fair are most welcome.
