Hey

This is the last map I have built and will build, as I'm quitting Hammer...

Anyone who has played Star Wars Battlefront should know this.

There are no props and no camper spots; it's meant to be a 100% hunter map.

Thank you Zicke! I compressed the map and attached it here as well so it doesn't get lost :)

I noticed it's a huge map, any chance that it could use some optimizations to reduce the size?

I don't know how that's usually done so I'll defer to other mappers for suggestions.

Also, I haven't tried it, but is the map good for when the server has 20-30 players at odd hours? We're in desperate need of "small" maps too, and perhaps it'd be sick if the map itself could adapt its size depending on how many players are on at the time the round starts :D

I'm not Zicke, but I'll assume that the large size of the map is due to the large number of non-standard textures and possibly models that have to be embedded into the map file, so it's unlikely that the file size can be reduced

Everything is set to func_detail to reduce memory usage, but maybe that's due to the 3D skybox.
