I can't to connect to V3 server

Hello!
For a couple of weeks, I've been having problems connecting to V3 server. When connecting, the download either freezes and crashes without errors, or crashes with error "Connection failed after 4 retries". But sometimes, after many attempts, I manage to connect to the server. But today (10/29/2025) I tried to connect to V3 server for about 1 hour, but I still couldn't.
By the way, there are no problems connecting to V1 server.
I've tried reinstalling the game and the Steam-client, disabling the firewall, and launching the game with the "+ clientport..." launch parameter.
Please tell me what else I can try.

you need to look into Zapret. if playing around with it doesn't help, join our discord, other members from your country might be able to help you
