Hello dear zombie mod gamers,

I would like to request an unban from your dear server, reasoning the scandalous false ban that was swung upon me.

In the provided demo i am seen being a huge bot at first, no neuron activation what so ever. I start standing still on a wall because my mother (first of all happy mothers day) wanted to show me a funny video. A little while later im seen at a ramp and neuron activation hits:

I bhop like a normal person this time with scroll, as seen in the anticheat log and manage to secure a sequence of perfect jumps with quite some luck i must say. After i get stuck in, i think it was a vending machine, i stand still since i was curious to find out: "did i get flagged on scroll?", so i write /jumps wooz and see perf avg 67.5 on my side so i didnt really pay it much attention anymore and didnt save that.

The point however is that its a very normal bunnyhop with my mousewheel, which is why im requesting a lift of my punishment.

It's been a month and the terms we agreed on are still pending. I know that you are busy with other things and I didn't mind you prioritizing the past general updates you have developed and published for your server these past days. However, this short term solution of limiting my bhop to 300 velocity every jump, which are the normal settings on an unconfigured LAN server with sv_enablebunnyhopping 1 have now already turned from a short term to a long term solution or so it feels. You unbanned my main, so the debate of if I'm cheating or not is settled it seems and we discussed those nerfs in terms of fairness in dms at one point too. But again, nothing is happening and i want to play more 'normally', so i request my alt real.bartholobeus to get unbanned with these terms:

-I will not use any keyboard keys to bhop when in the air.
-I will only use mousewheel.
-I will make sure not to use enormous bhop streaks to my advantage
-I will make sure not to use or excessively use tricks nobody else manages to do to ensure a fair experience until you have the time and ability to properly settle this.

There is also no sufficient proof submitted to my banned alt account real.bartholobeus (STEAM_0:1:924948771), judging from the norms and basis you usually utilize to ban somebody for bhop hack reason. I hope this request seems reasonable and will be considered, thanks in advance!
 
We applied the "In dubio pro reo" clause, which is how your main is unbanned, that's different from "You unbanned my main, so the debate of if I'm cheating or not is settled".
That said, the reason the limits are in place were explained to you. We will however not be unbanning the other accounts, definitely not until I come up with that different solution, which will take time.

Bhopping is a great skill to have, however it's not a requirement to enjoy our server, and that is the compromise we gave you. The alternative is that you can't play at all.

As I mentioned before, I'll get to this once I'm done with the V3 reinstall
