Nothing at the moment. We didn't always have the forced rates, so thats when !rate plugin was used, now it just sits there.- ThirtyEight

Im pretty sure the rates are forced meaning everyone has the same rate. What you see on the !rates menu is just what he wrote in the console, but they are infact forced to whatever our HA set it to be.- ThirtyEight

Installing skins / custom sound
As you may have noticed, Counter-strike source along with a few other games is now using Steampipe which means that files will be stored differently.
