Need a cool character

Heyho.

I need a fitting character for our board. It will be used for registrations and be placed on the right bottom corner like on these two pages: http://www.gamerperfection.com/ (lara croft) and http://www.srowned.org/ (anime girl).
The size should be about: width 300px, height 200px. I thought of Tyson Rios, fatty zombie or the default navy seal model as character. It's important that it has sharp edges like in the examples.

Would be cool if someone could do this as i don't have the time to and my photoshop trial expired

isn't 300x200 a bit too small?

The two character examples aren't bigger than that size. With the speech bubble it becomes bigger of course.

Ok I made some real fast. They arent that good, but its a start I guess. There are 4 of them in both .png and .psd in case it's needed.

For a cleaner version. Just had a better look at it on the forum when I was offline and I realized it needed some cleaning.
