4way and lila settings edited

Hello players!

I changed 4way and lila panic settings, now it should be easier for CT to hunt and get away from the spawnzone at the beginning!

let me know if those new settings work out well!


This applies only on V1 atm!

I don't play on v1 much because of the lagg but i will test it out maybe put it on v2 in the future.

there shouldn't be lags at all anymore since 2 weeks ago when we changed our root server.

yesterday i played 2 hours non stop and didn't have a single freeze/lag

I just played 4way on V1, and tbh I still had a hard time getting out of the spawnzone. Maybe it's just me though ;/
