Description
For the second time Dunja has abused his admin powers against me for normal game play. Since this is an ongoing issue with DUNJA in particular we will have to revisit the first instance to corroborate what has transpired today 4/12/26 12:00 PM PST.

The first time on AZ_DUCTION: I was shooting at a zombie and chasing it down a corridor when a group of humans came from the opposite side and began shooting the zombie into me. I was already shooting the zombie from the opposite side the group came from. Dunja was at the front and immediately froze me when he came within 100 units of the zombie I was already shooting at. Mind you, this group came from the opposite side of the map and was nowhere to be seen as I was chasing this zombie down. Once they made sight of the zombie they had to run an additional 300 hundred units to get closer. Naturally this resulted in me being killed by the zombie they were shooting into me, which I was already engaged with.

Today, 4/12/2026 at 12:00 PM PST Dust_2:
Near the tunnel entrance on the T spawn side the last of a couple zombies were left. A couple zombies were running around, a group of humans were coming from the tunnels, and a group of humans were already running around the lower area of T spawn near the tunnels shooting zombies in the court yard area. There were 2 or 3 if I remember right. I engaged one of the zombies and shot it, naturally the push from the pump shotgun sent it into the group of humans coming out of the tunnel. Dunja immediately kicked me. Obviously this pissed me off and when I came back in it was obvious he was the kicker as he sent a message saying I would be banned for 1 year if "it happened again." Of course my response would be a warranted "Fuk U' to an admin abuser, for which he muted me 10,000 minutes.

Now, The reason this falls into abuse is because it is the second time it has happened, and it is the second time I have been directly targeted by this admin. Are we really going to start kicking people for shooting zombies? even if its into other teammates? This happens frequently, ever fucking map. Are we going to kick, ban and punish players for launching zombies with grenades? Where does the line of normal game play become a punishment for mechanics of the gameplay itself?

After the first instance of abuse which I reported, maybe several weeks later, dunja himself shot zombies into me. Of course he was not punished and just gave me some snarky "its just ping pong" comment.
So what is it? Are we punishing people for natural game play? I feel I am being targeted by this particular admin and having threats of banishment unfairly levied against me for actions he himself has even engaged in (shooting zombies at me), and actions every player takes every map of every game. This is 100% bullshit and I want it to stop. I would also like to request my mute be lifted. Yes, I disrespected him. But it wouldnt have happened had he chosen not to take action against me, yet again, for normal game play.

Firstly lets start from the start, i think everyone, admins and players , it doesnt matter, who has been playing on this server for a while here , knows whats ur point in game , join complain how it should be normal for zms and cts to team and its been explained to u a small thousand number of times that it literally ruins the point of game where the cts should hunt zombies, second since u dont care abt the explanations u like to breakrules whenever u have chance and thats it to knife zms to cts, or boost them in any kind of scenario = to teamkill, and since u dont care abt the point of game i dont think also it is worth warning u anymore, u always ALWAYS DO THAT. u have 6 bans and 12 comm bans, and u still break the rules.. I dont wanna add anything more than this. You should accept the rules and game as it is and play normally.

will leave this to superiors but i am pretty sure the outcome will be clear as day .

None of what i Ever say has any bearing on the conversation of you purposefully targeting me for things that happen in the course of normal gameplay. You shouldnt even have a say in the matter of what has transpired today, other than telling your story of what actually happened at 12:00pm PST. I did not knife any zombie, I shot the zombie who was in the court yard. So this fact proves you incorrectly punished me based on your own biases which constitutes abuse on your part.
 
And yes, obviously I jokingly say things about teaming should be allowed, zombies are underpowered (which they are), yes i complain about incessant camping because it ruins the spirit of the game of HUNTING. Obviously I know the rules, and punishments shouldnt be levied for simple trolling that doesnt include insults. I have been on better behavior the past few months. I do not have any bans or kicks for knife teaming as of recently. And nobody has said I have been knifing zombies into humans because I have not been.

Today I was playing normally, and to reiterate you think I knifed a zombie into humans when in fact i was using the shotgun. Again, this proves you just have a personal grudge against me and are using your admin powers to unfairly assess judgement against me for things that aren't even clear to you.

I know you have a personal grudge against me because a game I joined about 3 weeks ago on Forgotten Town I purposefully knifed and AFK zombie (it was the first thing I did after spawning into the game I just joined) because I knew you were watching me, and within 2 seconds of doing it you said, "youre lucky that zombie was afk" which proves you WERE in fact watching me and looking for any reason to kick or ban me. This clouds your judgement, like today, on matters which you over reacted to.

I want you to leave me alone, and I want my gag rescinded for today. Yes, kick me, ban me, or mute me if I am breaking the rules or doing things unbecoming of communal behavior. But today is an exception and you got it wrong. I look forward to the resolution from superiors on the matter.
 
Its not nice to lie man but whatever u walker to zm in corner where noone else was and shotguned him from the corner into us, its more common to see you with knife your knife out and ready to knife zombies to cts or boost them with m3 than raining in UK ngl , i won't argue wit hyou anymore, its pointless. some of adults like u must think they r always in every situation right, and us youngsters are wrong , but sorry to disappoint u man , its not always like that. facts are facts.
 
am I having a stroke? or are you? I cant even understand what youre typing. You don't even make a coherent argument against your abuse today. First you said I knifed, then you say I shotgunned. Then you accuse me of lying? You obviously did not witness anything and are using your admin powers to levy punishment for your own personal biases. My age or yours has nothing to do with this situation. Again, stay on track; today you abused your admin powers for personal reasons during the course of normal and fair game play. Due to past interactions similar in nature, its obvious a second time isn't just a happenstance instance or an accident, I see it as intentional. Action should have been taken against you for the first incident described. Freezing me for shooting a zombie that YOU ran right up to which I was already engaged, and today's, kicking me for normal gameplay which you think I was using a knife. Yes, I said "Fuk U" when I came back, and I would again, I dont sit down when people bully and harass me.

In the past 2 1/2 months I havent had a single infraction, proving I have been a more serious player and not wanting to risk running afoul of rules.

If the zombie is cornered and has no place to go , its the same knfiing him out of the corner or shotgunning him out of corner into us , like you did , it doesnt matter the boost is boost , why dont u just stay where we all are surrounding him and corner him so the round ends , and we continue playing, butno , u have to find angle to get the zombie out of corner and boost him out to get other cts and extended round like that, getting zombies out of corner when surrounded is same like suiciding to teamkill on some maps , is what u frequently do(not the suicide part). and up there u said abt the azduexcintion map, u were alone across us (10+ cts) and u claimed u pingponed zombie , i dont think one ct shooting zm into us while u r all alone on other side is pingponging zm/zms .

While we are on the subject, it reminds me of another instance where you were about to kick or ban me for your personal vendetta against me. It was on the map Palace. You and other humans were on the tall box in the center of the map. I jumped on "os cara confunde gay com gOy"'s head and knifed you from below. You were on the second tier. You immediately jumped to the conclusion that I had been knifed from the top of the castle down onto you. Its just by luck that you didnt ban or kick me in that instance. You couldnt believe I killed you fair and square.

The zombie wasn't cornered. There were at least two to three zombies running around in the courtyard area and the zombie wasn't even locked into a corner. Again, you didnt even see what happened because first you assumed I knifed it, which proves you didnt actually witness it. You just saw me and made a decision.

On AZ_duction -- Yes, I was alone and engaged with the zombie, 100%. You and rest of the group of humans ran up to an out of control zombie and you froze me, for NOTHING. Just more evidence of your abuse against me.

You're opening a can of worms trying to pin your own death on me because of normal gameplay. Are you going to freeze everyone who shoots a zombie into you or anyone else? Whether intentional or not? How would you really know? It happens every single round. Even during the round on dust which you kicked me I specifically remember someone saying, "lol, its ping pong" indicating zombies were flying over and being shot into each other. So what is it? Are you going to scrutinize every move of myself and everyone else for zombies getting shot?

thank you for taking the time to lay out your respective positions. After reviewing this report carefully, here is my ruling.

Regarding the gag/mute: On EH, saying "fuck you" or similar minor insults in the heat of the moment is not, by itself, a gagworthy offense - provided it is not repeatedly spammed or directed provocatively. That said, disrespecting admins is generally punishable, and ClickMcBoom should be aware of that. The gag will be lifted with immediate effect. I do, however, encourage both parties to treat each other with more mutual respect going forward.

Regarding the gameplay incidents: Intentionally boosting zombies into teammates is against the rules - that is clear. However, on EH we do not punish aim. The line between an accidental knockback and intentional boosting is not always obvious, and without conclusive evidence, that distinction matters. I want to remind you and all other admins that before punishing a player for intentional boosting, you should be 100% certain of intent. A zombie being knocked back does not automatically constitute a rule violation. At the same time, I encourage you and the team to act decisively when you are sure that someone is deliberately ruining gameplay - that is exactly what admin tools are for.

Regarding the abuse claim: I do not see abuse here. What I do see is a strict - and in the case of the gag, too strict- decision. I would also ask that admins ensure their account of events is consistent and accurate before taking action, as credibility is key in situations like this.

Closing remark: I do not believe there is a personal vendetta at play. I think we have a motivated admin who wants to do a good job, and who - understandably - pays closer attention to players with a known history of infractions. That is not targeting; that is awareness. Both sides should use this as an opportunity to reset.

Case closed.
