I have verified your comm block and adjusted the reason from "admin disrespect" (which is a default option when gagging a player) to "admin disrespect, verbal abuse" (which has to be manually typed).
I don't think the admins are lying, they stated the facts and even if they went back checking your log in the past (which may or may not be relevant), they still exposed your unpunished wrongdoings and pointed you to why you eventually got a block.

So, if the abuse request is for "lying", then i think it can be archived as solved, since i don't see any lies that could bring to misjudgments or wrongdoings.
if the abuse request is for "gagging you with the wrong reason", then it's also solved as she edited the gag after issuing it from ingame and i further edited it now, i'm pretty sure soph will be more careful when issuing gags ingame by using the correct sentences.

If the abuse request is for something else, then please explain me exactly what the issue is, where are the proofs and what you think should happen to the admin according to what you provided (and please don't just tell me to go back and re-read the thread, i've seen it)

ah so u magically changed the reason now to suit the narrative, is it? thats really fair

also, those things i said mightve been offensive but as i said, the past is the past and i was banned for a week/gagged for some of those things, and you know what? i didnt make a thread for that here to complain about

and even though you told me not to, i have already stated exactly what the problem is without making any lies in my original post. if you read the logs you will see that nothing i said was false and that soph and element is lying in this thread

Vozs, with all due respect but i can't understand what lie is causing you a problem here. I sincerely don't see it. Are you talking about the "spam"? you weren't spamming, you were annoying insistently, that's the only thing i'll give you. But i don't think it's necessary to warn or even punish an active admin for using a semi-wrong reason to begin with and then editing it to the right reason...

incessantly annoying? i wasnt even talking to admin at that point, and isn't that just a point of view rather than a rule break?

if you check my OP as i have said many times, the arguments ive made definitely warrant some sort of punishment for admin abuse or at the very least neglect.
and its not a semi-wrong reason, it's literally a completely wrong reason.. dont make it sound like im still in the wrong there

even the thing about Mc Banana rulebreaking, they lied that he didnt actually admit it but then i posted the proof. why arent you addressing that instead for example?

Alright so I studied the logs a bit and here you go vozs:
1. Mr Banana indeed said he was breaking the rules, and the main focus went from him to you, anyway. He also continued to insult.
2. You were right to call out an admin after you saw the rule breaking.
3. You started to call out soph even though she stated her opinion already - she didn't see it.
4. I see MC banana saying "i got banned many times, mostly because i'm black & homosexual", which looks like racism to me tho to present admins it seems like you were more important.
5. You don't let go off soph and continue the drama
6. Blocking is happening very often, many players keep saying someone rulebreaks, soph could have been in the middle of something(like hunting) and didn't really want to go to spec just because maybe someone was blocking, and since you said it on the main chat he/she might have had stopped already.
7. Soph says: "just enough now Voss, okey ?", and this is where you were supposed to infact stop. The ingame chat where all players see it is not a good way to handle things. Contacting through a forum PM could be the very best thing.
8. People keep insulting you(shut the fck up voss)
9. Voss has let go for a second and "voss. even people who dont speak english or german are telling you to stop"
10. "i'm not even talking anymore you bloody retardd", I would indeed call it as defence.
Element comes
11. "!kick voss okay, last chance - behave" - I'm not sure if this kick indeed had a clear basis. Element just came in and kicked you although you weren't exactly right you weren't exactly wrong.

To be honest, this isn't exactly a black&white case, it seems like your behaviour has been misinterpreted a bit, and as far as I am concerned "whining" isn't against the rules, you weren't spamming but trying to say something constructive(contrary for example to banana or doggy style who we can be more judged like spamming than you). I checked the bits of insultive chatlog that Element posted on the second page, and looking at the dates it seems to me that you have already been punished for it, therefore bringing it in was only to bias others while not giving any viable proof to the case. Now, this isn't a matter of whether you were right or not, but you were not supposed to do it on the public chat for so long, and in not the most necessarily kindest way, more focusing on extorting truth from soph instead of recording a demo.

My statement:
- No punishment for Soph(no clear or strong enough basis)
- I can recommend you an ungag request, and perhaps it will be lowered. However, this isn't going to be a statement in this admin abuse report.

I agree that admins are supposed to be right and all, but we also need to respect our players, even if this respect is not necessarily expected because of one's behaviour. However, one might have had a good reason to act so.
A tip for the future: If you see someone breaking the rules, record a demo, and post it on the forum. It's nothing complicated, admins regularly check the section & ban if the demo is proper. It's simply a fact, that arguing with admins on the in-game chat might not be the best idea. This is not something debatable or up to a discussion, this is an observed fact that you must learn.
 
Imo I let Soph go long before I was kicked, and when I was kicked I assumed it was Soph so I asked her why she kicked me, then she said she didnt and i said "ah okay my bad" or something polite along those lines. I really believe this is unfair man, and that I wasn't in the wrong at all - heck! nobody was even punished after they explicitly kept bothering me and even ADMIT THEY BROKE THE RULES!?

but well, you've read the logs so I guess theres nothing more I can do. I just felt like it was needed to post this last bit.
