[Ξн] ﮔoup applied on me a Disproportionate gag because i said: Die bastards after killing a Edger that ended up getting 15 players zombified, He stated the reason for my gag that i insulted players(i know sometimes i do). So gaging me for 2 months for just saying ''die bastards'' after a play, inst admin abuse?!

Reporting an abuse is a serious matter. Do you hold all the proofs requested for an abuse request? No

First of all, I want to remind you that you have 16 commbans in total so there was no need to warn you 2 times first, you already knew what you were doing.
Second of all, the die b word was the last message you sent after warning you 2 times about * go die f word * and other insulting messages you sent, when I/any other admin could have gagged you without a warning.
I see no admin abuse at this point, you can have a look at your own chat here , quite a bad sight to be honest..
And for final saying, If you keep this behaviour or change your name to avoid being punished and still communicating in this way,your next ban might be a permanent one.
This one will stay, unless SPA says otherwise.

Using my server history as a criminal record to punish me just because I'm a veteran , you are punishing those who play on the server for a long time,Longer you play on the server, havier is the punishment.... that's illogical. in the end of the day its just a game , not real world, being So strict the rules like that, it seems that you guys forgot it is just game, every1 is trying to have fun.

I said that because i were also VAC BANED, you harassed on me on Steam chat and i didint even mentioned it.

Let's start with speaking the truth first.You were the one adding me in the first place(I kindly accepted) and then you started spamming me with messages about what you can say/do in the server,messages I barely even responded to with no more than 2-3 words.
I never took the vac banned hacker as a personal insult so this comment has nothing to do with perma-gagging you.You constantly use foul language and have received,I repeat again,16 total gags,so you are given 1 final chance to prove you are not worthy of being perma-gagged.
Well,these 15 players you probably know are either cheaters/rulebreakers or probably not grown up enough in mind to accept the consequences of breaking rules and getting caught doing so,as you made inappropriate comments even when admins were not online..Also,just fyi,since you have probably never been in the position,being an admin on the server is like being a police officer in a state,making sure rules are followed and punishing those who don't listen,there is nothing wrong/bad about that.
In your case,it looks like you are the one who doesn't wanna listen to others,to the warnings the admin team has constantly spammed you with,and not the EH admins.

i wanna mention that im not angry with your any1 else, im just trying to argue.
This guy made an insult on the same level i did, and nothing happened, many players says things like that, why just i derserve to get 2 months gank? because i play sicne 2013? i know i have to acept it, gg.

This case was handled by SPA Melisa, it is invalid.

To conclude this in summary:

1. An admin doing his job in the way we expect him to do it can never be abuse. We give you examples both for abuse and non abusive actions in the application form. Did you even read it? You broke the first rule in the list, you didnt even had to read them all:

The full rules list for all the current gaming servers that we own:

1. No insulting/flaming other players! Respect other players!
2. No racism/porn sprays!
3. Obey and respect admins! They are right! If you think you've been wronged then feel free to complain!
4. No cheating/bug exploiting/macroing!
5. No advertising other websites/servers!
...

2. You were given good explainations about your gag reason and your gag length by both admin Soup and special admin Melisa. You were told already that there was no abuse, Soup followed the admin guidelines after you didnt follow our rules.

Know that after 16 gags you dont have many chances left. Time to work on your behaviour, mate.
