USA its unpolite to speak with a other language when you are guest in a other country. It s a german/european Server and you are guest , so be polite and speak english or german.

i know many russians they living in germany and when they speak russian in front of me, to each other ,they appologice for it to me

I think this is a good example, but not the right one, I live in a student city, we have a lot of people every year who do not speak Russian at all, but they are with us with full rights, and no one does anything bad to them for that. ..
