Yep i saw the upload. Thx for the report, he got 1 week. I can't verify that he kept doing it afterwards nor can i verify that someone just warned him to stop doing so (of course he should know that himself). I can only measure this as one obvious action that happened today and therefore give a week (2 prev bans, only one regarding blocking).
