Additional Information: The attached demo shows him trying to "catch" teammates on zm_4way so they land on his head and die (Skip to the last 20 seconds of the demo to see it). Before the demo I saw him do this once before and killed a guy, but I managed to stop him in the demo. He also kept closing doors on people but I didn't manage to demo that.
Strangely, his nickname doesn't show in the console `status` output, even though he was on the server. You can see he is on CT in screenshot "tab_scores.jpg", but I can't see him in the status output in screenshot "status_output.jpg". Strange :S
It's definitely him, you can see in "profile.jpg" he is online at the time I recorded him teamkill.
I think I remember him being banned before, consider banning him for longer because obviously he hasn't learnt his lesson.
