Hey mate, sour already dealt with this in game. Just a common exploit with the chat and this guy is just being a troll talking about story mode and Microsoft points, he's not telling anyone to pay him, just being a massive troll xD.
If he keeps using the exploit he'll be gagged but sour said he had stopped earlier.

Hello Gower, I have reviewed the video and talked about it with fellow admins and we came to the conclusion that he's probably just trolling, tho using colored chat when not VIP is against the rules which he has been warned for.
Therefore I have decided that a gag or ban will not be issued in this case.
