In the demo could've been seen that he shoots zombie to the roof, but it could be unintentionally in my opinion. It would be more likely to be teamkilling instead of teaming but let's see other admins opinions.

Well there were many more players around reporting that he was teaming all the time. I saw him trying/doing it further times but only made that demo since I thought it shows enough. He is well known for teaming especially at that specific spot (but usually just knifes people up on that box if he can). I guess in earlier demos you can also see that this is one of his usual spots.
