It's not the first time I see this guy deliberately blocking people in the narrow passage at the top of 4way.
As you know if there's someone blocking that passage the players will bump into him and fall to their death below. There's one thing if the guy would be there standing still but, as you'll see in the demo, he deliberately takes a step back (multiple times) as I try to jump over him. His objective was for me to make a mistake, bump into him and die.
EDIT: the demo captured the "status" cmd in the console so you'll be able to see the steamid.
