1. Save the file in My Computer/Local Disc (C
/Program or Program (x86)<IF W7>/steam/steamapps/pimpen991(your account)/counter-strike source/cstrike
2. Now open steam then go to library/games/counterstrike source and play.
3. Your console should pop up. Write "playdemo $best$.dem" (without the "") and fastforward to 8:40!

2 Now open steam then go to library/games/counterstrike source right click on it and click on "properties", then go to "set launch options" and type "-console" (without the "")
3. Now go back to games and run counterstrike source.
