I have banned the player, even though there was no evidence of the cheat, he was promoting cheat sites so a ban was justified.
However next time please submit a ban request by clicking on application forms at the top of the page, and please gather some evidence of the cheat or rule break for that matter by recording a demo, here is a tutorial on how to in case you don't know. https://forum.elite-hunterz.com/threads/how-to-record-a-demo-including-player-info.1919/
