Statement of grounds
I was engaging in banter with a guy that baits people all the time, im pretty sure neither of us took it personally and the messages had nothing to do with the guy that reported me.

Hey Dure and welcome to the forum.
Bantering in a friendly manner or not,you used foul language in public server chat.
It doesn't matter if it was towards the guy that reported you or not,such language is prohibited in our servers.
Given your gag history,this is not the first time you have used such language in the server so watch out as the more gags you have,the longer the next ones will be.
Ban will stay,unless SPA/HA has a different opinion.

it's clear that you like to instigate people for the fun of it.
It's not a matter of being woke, believe me, it's a matter of joining a counter-strike: source server and bringing politics, gender identity things and foul language for absolutely no reason.

Enjoy the game like most people. if you dislike the actions of some (say they destroy your cades or block you or whatever), make a demo and report them.

I start talking about politics and such topics when I see other people talking about it because its funny to bait people but I never or rarely start those topics myself. In the past I have insulted barricade destroyers/teamkillers/blockers but I do admit I shouldnt have done that and I should have just reported them to the admins. I am willing to cut out the politics completely but I dont think banter with someone should be punished.

Baiting people and debating politics is fun on 4chan or reddit, it can be fun ingame too, but you have to realize that our servers have 60+ players and we have a job to moderate our chats to keep it friendly enough, if the chat becomes "toxic" it's not fun for anyone then.

Your gag is only of 1 day which should expire shortly, my suggestion is keep it down, banter is fine, just don't mix it with strong words that are certainly going to draw the eyes of other players and admins, it's a public chat after all, not a private DM.
