Hello Admin,

First, thank you for giving me the opportunity to request that my account be unbanned.

Second, the ban was in 2022. I didn't know what I was doing or what I did; I honestly don't remember because I hadn't played Counter-Strike in a long time. I might have been trying something on the console without realizing it was prohibited and against the server rules. Now, in 2026, I'm trying to play with family and friends, and when I join your server, I'm surprised to find a permanent ban.

This is the first time in a long time that I've made a mistake I don't remember, and I believe in second chances. I know my mistake beforehand, and this server has one of my favorite maps and clans.

So, is it possible to give me a second chance to enjoy playing with you?

We do have a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding automated Anti-Cheat bans: We do not unban accounts banned by console.

If you wish to have a second chance to play with your friends and family on our servers, you will need to purchase a new copy of the game on a new, clean account.
