Good afternoon dear administrator, in general, I have such a problem that I logged into your server in bannyhop, and forgot to turn it off before logging into your server, I would like to receive amnesty, since I have never done this, and generally played on the bannyhop server, and just forgot to turn off disabled, your server the best of all zm servers version 92, please remove the ban, this is a pure accident. Accidentally forgetting to turn off your cheats is not really a valid excuse. Additionally, "accidentally" using the bhop cheat after forgetting to turning it off is a good way of getting yourself banned

Unfortunately for you, we have a 0 tolerance policy against these kind of violations, however we are extremely tolerant to new accounts which means that if you create a new steam account, you'll be able to play on our servers again.

For that reason your punishment will not be lifted, but a way for you to still play on our servers exists if you acquire a new account.
