My orginal acc got perm banned using spinhack, so i did make a new Account, purchase but i still cant join server.

Please tell me what you mean with "I did make a new Account" exactly: Did you buy a new copy of the game or did you create a family account?
 
Please give us all of your banned steamID32s. And give me the one you are appealing for an unban. Dont hide some of your ideas. some of our busy admins already was researching a lot and found many.

You are banned on so many accounts... among the ban reasons are cheats. I wont waste my time by searchign them manually. But I want you to give us specific and honest information before we will take a decision.

First check: STEAM_0:0:536415554 isnt banned yet. Can you use this without getting banned again?

All other acounts banned due to ban evading via plugin - we are checking this atm. You got banned here for cheating: https://bans.elite-hunterz.info/index.php?p=banlist&searchText=STEAM_0:0:100179256. After we unbanned you few weeks before and deleted your ban (you had the same problem with new accounts being banned by plugin) you decided to use spinhack and auto-fire. Was this a clever move? Why did you do that? Wanna waste our time?
 
No, it was a stupid thing to do. And i apologies to you. and this community. But if you admins decied to unban me. I promise to never do that again. And if you do, plz unban me on this account. STEAM_0:1:615990075, Sorry once again.
 
You need to be patient a bit. If I unban you the plugin would instantly ban you again.

This time I wont delete your original perma ban, as you pretty much wasted this chance we gave you. I leave this option to head admins or other special admins, but I wont to it again (having a deja vu atm).
 
You'll be given another chance. Remember not to break any rules in the future. The account you told us had been unbanned.
