I don't know if someone has banned / unbanned the spray or not, you should know that on CS:s, the maximum size for an image to appear as a spray is 512kb. If an image exceeds 512kb, it will not appear on the game, even if it is well selected in your graffiti options.
To see your image, the resolution is 1300*1066, that's a lot, especially since CS:s is limited to 512*512. I think at your level it's the format that bothers. In VTF it will suit without problem.
Another thing, to know if your spray is banned or not, you have the command "!settings", the first menu of which concerns the banned sprays.
If no one has unbanned your spray, then your spray was not banned. If it's recent, we admins, we at least give the player a chance to change his spray, so in any case you are warned
The banned sprays are very often the porn sprays (Genitals) (I will say 80%) and then the racist sprays (Often related to Nazism) (I will say 15%), I keep 5% of sprays that do not correspond, but which does not fit into these categories (Pedophilia / gore / ...)
Anyway, if your spray reappears in the game, problem solved. If an admin has unbanned it, please come forward
